    Door lock

    Got our RV (our first) home to parking spot. Went to unlock the door and the cylinder door lock came out in my hand. The deadbolt still works. Anyone encountered this and what is the fix? Have an email in to the dealer but suspect this is an easy fix. I welcome your input

    I will guess they will have to replace the whole latch assembly. Also welcome to the group, there is lots of help here just ask.

    I would call the dealer or Grand Design, instead of email. I think you get better response when talking directly to someone. Grand Design may even send you a replacement if you send pictures

    called my dealer - Palm RV - they immediately sent a new lock - great people to work with!
