Question about PMs

Howdy,

Simple question I have had some interaction with PMs on here. However, I cannot tell if they got through or likewise. I did turn on the receipt function for one of them and it looked like they never opened PM. I think I was PMing with Cate and Rob at some point about a post with a couple of mis spellings. I just don't know if there was a message not delivered or no response. Its weird cause I have been on different forums for many years. Never had a return issue. That's it. I just want to make sure PMs are out bound as well as inbound.

Try sending me one, and I'll see if it succeeds. One thing I've found is that you need to have the user's name 100% correct or it won't go through.

The return receipt will not send if someone declines it. You can determine that as the recipient.
