Grand Design RV website and new gdrv4life not opening

Anyone else having trouble accessing Grand Design's website or their new GDRV4Life? I have a laptop, tablet and smartphone and their websites will not open on any, have tried with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Nothing.

No problems with it but it does look like they are making some layout changes.

I was just able to get on the Grand Design website but couldn't find any link to GDRV4Life. I was able to find that page through Google. Here is the link:

Thanks, nope doesn't work for me. Weird that others can access but i cannot. Laptop, etc all operate fine otherwise; ie, opening apps, browsing, reading online news, things I normally do.

OK, I turned off my wifi here at home, created a hotspot on my phone and connected the laptop to the hotspot. I'm now able to view those two GD websites.
So, new topic; what's the deal with my home wifi?
I have never had a website I couldn't reach here at home. Why now, why these GD sites?
Who's an IT person that may have a thought here?

If a moderator could move this out of the Manufacturer's Corner to something like Off Topic it would be appreciated.

It is possible your DNS server forgot how to find their web site or there was a change at their web site which has not yet found it's way to your DNS server. DNS servers automatically update but sometimes it can take 24 hours for something new or changed to propagate all the way through the internet.

I just tried to ping granddesignrv.com and got an IP address of 23.111.139.162 I tried to put that IP address into my browser address bar and got back an invalid site. That does not usually happen. I also tried a trace route to granddesignrv.com, got the same IP address as being correct but got failures on the last 3 hops yet I can access the web site just fine. Getting failures on hops is not all that uncommon, I was hoping to see what IP address was at the end but no luck on that.

Try disconnecting your wireless router (unplug power for a couple of minutes) then let it restart

Thanks Rob. I've turned this over to the IT specialist in our house, Nancy. After the usual unplug the modem & router, wait a minute, plug back in .... computer still didn't find Grand Design's websites. I've called our provider here, Charter Spectrum. They send a signal through the line to check the connection, everything fine there. Their IT guy has me unplug, wait, plug back in, etc. Still no GD. He can verify he gets the websites just fine, but then again he says he's in St. Louis. He's forced to open a ticket and they'll get back to me.
So what's the big deal here? It's not about GD's websites, I can get those by using my phone data. But what else might I be missing? That's why I'm pursuing this.
