Help! Norco Fridge not working. RED LIGHT

Of course the Fridge stops working 600 miles from home. We have a Norco 4 Door Fridge. No cooling is working at all. looked in the back panel and found the little red light is illuminated. Any ideas, solutions? I have searched the forum and found the switch may need reseting. any links on how to do that?

"a black box with a red LED light. If the light is on that means that the High Tempature switch has tripped or is open. Remove the box cover, at the top of the circuit board is a small black rectangular switch. Take a strong magnet and run it across the switch untill the LED light goes out. (Make sure the Refrigerator is on before doing this.)
