AT&T DirecTV SEEM to accuse “itinerant” users of theft of services

This is an interesting and timely read. We have been talking about switching from Dish back to Direct. We dropped Direct about two years ago because of difficulty tuning the receiver dish and lack of service. We noticed that service starting getting worse after AT&T took over. Dish has been great. I use an app on my cell phone to tune the dish. Only reason we were thinking about changing was a Direct salesman is trying to convince us that we could save money.

Yes, that’s how they reel you in. I have been a customer for more than 18 years and paying close to $175 month for one tv. I called them after an upgrade to ask what they would hit me if I left and now, we are paying less than half of that until the end of our current contract. I think we will be joining you with dish sometime soon.
