Would much rather give her CBDs over Dramamine or what the vet can prescribe

Anyone tried CBDs for motion sickness?

While we didn't dose for car sickness, we dosed for anxiety issues. Our small Aussie got/gets car sick and the CBD didn't help her at all for the car sickness. Neither did the non drowsy Dramanine. (which if you have a herding dog who has the MDR1 gene the non drowsy formula is related to acepromazine )

The old stand by original formula has been the best for our girl in curbing the carsick , and of course the bumpiest part of the ride is always right when it starts to wear off.

Well, not that I expected a miracle, CBDs didn't help our Golden pup with car sickness, somewhere between 15 and 45 mins she will be peuking

We have successfully used an Rx from the vet at $13/day, ah nah

A full tab of Bonine does seem to work pretty well if we give it to her like 2-3 hours before travel, anything less and no dice

Our daughter still to this day gets very car sick if she isn't driving (thanks Dad, I have the same issue), not sure how we passed it to the new puppy

Not fun when dealing with sick fur babies

    Good luck all

Yeah, it's no fun cleaning up puppy puke. We keep a bag filled with items to clean up on the road and always keep the back seat covered if a dog is in it.

    Quick update on our puppy

    CBDs didn't help
Non drowsy Dramamine does not work
    Bonine works
    Original Dramamine works

    At least we have options

Enjoy and be safe Fur Babies

Interesting. Glad it’s helping the pup. I would say I am a skeptic probably more regarding manufacturing, purity, and bioavailability and monitoring bodies. But thatÂ’s clearly due to my professional training and the limited but promising research available.

If it helps the patient I alway want to know- thanks for sharing! Scratch koda’s ear for me.

The purity is a big thing to us, there are many fly by night poor quality CBDs out there. I would not even consider it if any company does not have and supply a lab sheet available showing each batchs properties and purity.

2 years ago Koda has passed on at 14 yrs old to play with our other long gone and still missed pups.
