Two Great Products - a Reliable Folding Hose and Great Little Storage Bags
First, the hose. I got tired of wrestling with water hoses that got stiff when cold, kinked, were bulky and hard to store. Here's my solution (HOSE is link to Amazon):
HOSE
This is not your cheap big box collapsible hose. It is top quality hose that does not restrict flow, remains flexible in cold weather, rated for potable water, is very compact and lightweight. We used it during our recent 6,000 mile, five week jaunt without problem. Combined with the bag below, this is also extremely compact, unlike regular hoses and hose reels.
Where to store your hose when not in use? Simple (BAG is link to Amazon):
BAG
Here's what 25' of water hose stored in the bag looks like:
Lightweight, compact, holds my flexible hose beautifully and can be used for a variety of other storage tasks. Right now I have 3 - one for my flexible potable water hose, one for my black tank flexible flush hose and one for my propane extension hoses used for my grill.
These items were very useful during our trip and I recommend that you consider them. Very slick.

I love my zero-g hoses. I have two 50 footers. The fit neatly in a milk crate I bought at home depot.

Thanks for the link. I carry a 50’ FlexZilla with me and told my wife I was going to to two 25’ ones instead. I might try this! My neighbor has metal wrapped hoses that he uses I haven’t looked into those either.

Had one. It broke within 4 months. Since it was a lifetime guarantee I returned it for a refund to Home Depot. Clearly at counter said she wished they would stop carrying them because so many come back. Have tried other shrinking/collapsing/space saving hoses and all failed. Am back to traditional hoses.
That’s just my experience. ymmvLarry KE4DMG

Don't think so. Home Depot does NOT sell this brand, so you did not have one of these (Zero-G). What you did have was a cheap collapsible piece of junk. As I said in my original post, this is not a big box item - the brand is important.
A quote from my original post: "This is not your cheap big box collapsible hose. It is top quality hose that does not restrict flow, remains flexible in cold weather, rated for potable water, is very compact and lightweight. We used it during our recent 6,000 mile, five week jaunt without problem."
