I will be replacing my tires as well some time in 2019. If I win the lottery, I will buy new 17.5 inch wheels and Goodyear G114 215/75R17.5 tires. Yes it is overkill, but if they’re good enough for DRV and Landmark fifth wheels... Don’t know if my back would allow me to lift that heavy weight onto the hub though

Not unless you have metal valve stems.
PS - and if you don't, look for the PSI and/or max weight rating on the wheel. Just putting a metal valve stem on a wheel that isn't rated for higher pressures is also a problem. If in doubt, call GD and ask them what the wheels on your coach are rated at.

I changed to sailuns before taking my TT off the lot. And 5 only costs me 1k Canadian so that’s prob 750.00 American. I bought them from simple tire on sale. Came in 24hrs. Good service. Would def recommend simple tire. They just had a Black Friday sale too.

Well..... we only kept the Solitude 373FB for a year and only put around 3,000 miles on the tires. They worked fine. Held air really well. When we picked up our Solitude 310GK, I decided to keep the Westlake G rated tires that it came with based on the experience of our fellow RV's here and elsewhere. I will run these tires for a couple more years or until we replace this RV, whichever comes first.

Bertschb, Ran the G614's on my 12000#+ Alpenlite 34RL for 13 years without a single problem. Always kept pressure at 105-110 psi and stored with wheel covers on and rubber off concrete during storage. Got the Westlakes on our new Solitude and as others have stated, will run for a year and see how they perform. Agree with others on this thread that you cant find much about the Westlake G rated tire failures. One additional item. Some have mentioned max load in their post which is typically for single tire. All of the tires mentioned (Westlake, Goodyear and Sailun) have recommended dual axle/tire weight load limits below the single tire limit. Westlake 4400# single at 110psi, 3860# dual tires. Goodyear G614 3750# single 110psi, 3415# dual tires and Sailun 4400# at 110psi and 3860 dual tire.

Thanks for both of your above replies!
I heave also contacted Grand Design and feel good about the Westlake G rated tires. I have the 80 and not the 85, so mine has 4080 lbs. load capacity opposed to the 85 that caries the 4400 lbs. load capacity. Still well within the load maximum for the frame of 16800lbs( mine weighed loaded with Onan 5500 generator was like 15,200lbs w/3,780lbs. On tongue weight, which leaves 2,855 lbs./ tire (obviously some more loaded than others)
