Relay clicking in ace unit when furnace comes on.

I have a 2018 Reflection first time out with it. Furnace worked fine for two weeks then one morning it wouldn't light had to remove the fuse then reinstalled and it worked for a couple days. Now before the furnace fan comes on a relay in the ac cycles about 25 times. Once the furnace comes on a lights it stops making noice until it is time for the gas to shut off and it will "click" again 10-20 times. It makes no sound while the furnace is heating. Checked with GD they said they have never heard of this happening. Hoping someone out there has had this issue. I switched the thermostat and the control box from the bedroom, nothing changed.

    May need some more info.
    Do you have 2 a/c's?
If so does one or both have the heating option as well?

The ac doesn't have heat we have a separate 12 volt furnace. The yellow communication wire goes to the living room ac unit and goes to the furnace as a green and green/back wire. It sounds like the relay is just not staying on but that doesn't make sense since the furnace will work.
