    RV Dometic fridge settings?

If 5 is the coldest and I can run on 4 or 3 to maintain temps, does that also mean I will use less propane/electric as well?

Yes, you'll use less energy with a lower setting, but the temperature will run a bit higher. Use the lowest setting you can to maintain a temperature of 40°F or less. If I set my unit on 5, the refrigerator will start freezing certain food items. I can usually get by with a setting of 3 or 4 depending on the exterior temperature.
