What is the screw securing the TV mount to the elevator?

Here's a complicated electronics question: what the heck are the four screws used to attach the TV mount to the elevator in the 310GK?

I had a set of Kobalt "star" bits - solid and hollow - but none of them fit. I bought a Milwaukee bit set including trademarked Torx bits, but none of them fit either. Both sets are in increments of five - T10, T15, T20, etc.

Do I need new eyes, an unusual size, or some other type of bit?

    Thx.

#2 square or Robertson bits are used all over the trailer. The bits are cheap and available basically everywhere.

They are for sure not Robertsons - very familiar with those - but I’ll try a Robertson bit in the Torx-like screws. Thanks for the suggestion.

They are eight point screw heads. Very much like the six point Torx that I thought they were at first. There is another specialized driver for them, but the number 2 Robertson works fine. If anyone knows the name of the eight point design (Rob?) I'd appreciate learning it, just for curiosity's sake.

What is the screw securing the TV mount to the elevator?

Mine are Robertson number 2 square bit.

I discovered this when I was doing my sound bar install and had to adjust the TV on the elevator because the it was installed crooked at the factory.

    Hi Al,

I have heard these called "double square" . . . not sure if this is the real name. As you note, a Robertson square drive will work. Looking this up on line and it is called a "Trailer/RV Double Square . . . who knew? https://www.walmart.com/ip/Trlr-Rv-D...SABEgK_MfD_BwE

Thanks, Rob. Looks like there is also a "triple square" and "double hex", both with 12 points--but different in the geometry of the faces. Adjoining faces in the triple square are at 90 degrees, on the double hex at 120. (Runs screaming as head explodes....)
