    DSI board?

For the Aywood water heater. Anyone know where it is located? Water heater will not fire on propane and on electric barely gets warm. When switched to elect. light on switch is dim, when switched to propane light is bright!

When you open the outside water heater cover, the control board is in the upper right corner. Easy to replace . . . but, your described symptoms don't fit a "bad controller". If the switches light up differently for electric than for gas, I would be looking at the panel 12V circuits that send these two signals to the water heater control board.
