Reminds me of water coming from the axle where the wires enter.

Brian
It should be just some nasty water rust stain and could wipe mostly off, might use a little WD40 or something and it should clean right up.

Brian - attached pictures of what ours looked like (only on the curb side) after towing in heavy rain storms on our way home from the GDRV Factory Service Center this past June. These were new 6K LCI axles. Has not happened since.
As noted on the other thread link shared by Gene in his post#2, I suspect it was rain water intrusion from the road way when towing. We went through some horrendous storms ! I think the 303 was floating at times.

I posted the thread referenced earlier and just to update, after clean up and painting, I have not seen any more stains or signs of leakage. We have traveled in rain several times since then, but now I have a small drain-hole on the curbside rear axle and no rusty water anymore that I have seen. Not suggesting you drill a hole or anything, but even if it does happen again, I am no longer concerned about it, especially since others have the same issue with no apparent ill effects. I did have it documented at the time, just in case something does come of it in the future.
