    We use a cell phone for scanning/sending/receiving. CVS/Fedex-UPS stores/Office Depot/Staples for any printing via a USB thumb drive or the cloud for printing - transfered from my mini small form (permanently mounted behind the TV) Win 11 PC.

    Found that this works best for us for the "occasional" need, including signing contracts and being able to send them back. Some businesses are even using digital signatures to eliminate the print/sign/rescan ritual.
