Volunteer Position - Need Y'alls Opinion

So there’s a part of me that wants to volunteer. I’m not real keen about having to travel to BFE and listen to some guy telling how he saw some flying machine land in his pasture, take two of his cows into the machine, and when the cows came out, they had been joined in the middle. And naturally, when I would ask to see this two sided cow, he said he killed it and destroyed it so others wouldn’t think he did it. Anyhow.....what I really think would be interesting, would be attending one of their MUFON get-togethers.

Hmmmm.......I wonder if you can purchase a professionally made tin foil hat or you have to make your own?

What's y'alls opinion? Do you think volunteering my time would be productive?

We volunteer every year. Some gigs are good, some a little off. The one you posted is one that we would not apply for.

HEY!! I've been there - twice. Pretty cool. Did the tour thing once. Those radio telescopes look big, but up close they're REALLY big. Forget about cell reception though.

LOL.....maybe that area should be the big time out for teenagers who screw up and you wanna take away their cell phone privileges. Send them there and they'd go crazy in a week with no reception.
