Norcold 2118

I have a Norcold 2118 refrigerator/freezer. It has the double doors on both refrigerator and freezer. I have a fault code oP L1 which the owners manual says 'temperature limit switch is
open." It also says that it is not owner serviceable. Does anyone know if there is a temporary workaround until I can get it serviced?

Thanks for the link. You hit the nail on the head! John and Kathy also provided a You Tube link that had the same information. This forum is great. By the way I posted in two places because after posting here I noticed that there were only a couple of people on the "Appliances" page, but several people on the general discussion page. I'll try to pay more attention in the future so I only post once.
