Leaf springs do not come with the MorRyde kits. You will have research and source those separately. Do a quick search on here, as there is a lot of information about where to find good springs.
The solid metal valve stems will allow you to put a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) on the stems without worry about fatigue of the rubber.
I did buy my MorRyde stuff through Amazon.

I am a bit confused "My spring are flat". I understand that statement, but these are new units so my question: Why are they flat and is this because they are improperly sized out of the plant? Are these just being done as a mod or necessity?
Just curious.Last edited by CGDG93; 03-12-2019 at 06:25 PM.

What model do you have? and what size axles do you have? I have a 2019 Imagine 2800BH, it had 3500lb axles with 5 lug 205/75 15 tires which only come in D rated. I looked into the 2019's and they have 4400 lb axles with 6 lug wheels and 225/75 15 E rated tires. I contacted Grand Design and they said they would replace them under warranty.
Th pics show the difference.Last edited by Coheeba; 03-12-2019 at 09:30 AM.

Coheeba - I'm seeing a little rust on your new axles. I'd recommend you hit those rust spots with Rustoleum Rust Reformer which will neutralize the rust before it gets any worse. And it leaves a flat back primer which you can paint if desired. You should be able to purchase it at any big box home improvement store.

Coheeba,
Here is what my system looks like with new (original 1750 springs) one inch lift, CRE3000 and ST225_75R_15 Endurance tire. You can see the difference in the distance between the rim and the floor. This was right after installation so the springs have settled about a half inch since then which still provides plenty of tire clearance. No more floor strikes.
