We looked at the 260 also, and liked it quite a bit. The deal we got on the 230 made the decision for us though!

The 230 is a great 5th wheel. Very well thought out for it’s size. I think you should be pleased with it.

    Thanks everyone for your condolences.

We like the smaller one, because we are forced take only what we need for the trip and don't keep filling empty space with stuff we already have. After unloading the 320 today I found so much stuff we thought we were out of, so we bought more but just put it in a different part of the RV we forgot about! Also, less stuff to maintain and worry about going wrong when we are on the road, (1 slide instead of 3, 1 ac instead of 2, etc).

At one point we thought we were going to go full time. We did a six week trip (over 10000 miles) to test it out and realized we still like having a home base. We found out what all we didn't actually need, or use (desk) like we had thought we would. Also, currently too many medical appointments at the VA to deal with all the time making sure to get back in time for.
We are excited to get the 230 and go on many more trips. Already planning going up east coast when they are done with winter.
