Badger, hold a straight edge on the bump to give an idea of how proud it is. It doesn't look out of the norm to me. Push on it. It should not move. It looks like a seam where two pieces of luan meet under the fiberglass. Maybe document it with a tape measure and photos and periodically check it. If it's growing longer, higher or both I'd show that to GDRV customer service.

I got a look at TucsonJim's delamination today. If you push on the outer wall does it give? If it is tight and does not give then it looks like maybe a wire fell over the side of the horizontal beam, totally guessing here. I don't think it is normal, but I can't tell you what it is. I would seek second and third opinions.
