    No water into RV

I have a 337RLS and I hooked up my hose to the RV using the normal setting. I get no water into the RV. I disconnected the regulator on my hose 40-90 PSI and hooked it up directly no water. If I go to fill I can hear the tank filling but on normal nothing. I also see no leaks... Any help would be appreciated.

    Best Regards Rusty

Check your switch positions on your water manifold. Set the configuration for “city water”. Can you hear if water is getting anywhere beyond the manifold? Open the faucet on the kitchen sink. Any air or noises?

In order to get assistance, can you tell us the model year of your unit and whether you have the KantLeak Panel or the Nautilus panel?

So fill the tank, and when running the pump all is good. When trying to run from city water = nothing. I'm guessing the selector valve is broken.

Take a look at this link. If you need to replace something, replace it with this.

    Hi Cargo747,

You likely need to replace the cartridge in your Kantleak valve. This is a common problem with your (our) vintage of Kantleak panel and is no more difficult than repairing a single lever faucet. See this https://www.mygrandrv.com/fo...ge-Replacement

That's good news. Could you let us know what the problem was to help future problems?

Didn't work to start off with then I tried what Jim1521 said that worked so I thought I needed a new valve/panel the I called Anderson to see what they say I put the switch to normal and it works. I'm thinking I had the switches screwed up its like going to the doctor and suddenly nothings wrong. Moral of the story is check switches then check them again. Thanks for all of your help now if I could only figure out why I have replaced my air conditioners 5 times (under warranty) 15000 BTU 3X and 12500 unit 2X. I'm waiting for a controller and thermostat now for the 15000 BTU unit which was replaced 3 months ago.

    Best Regards Rusty
