Thanks for all of your help now if I could only figure out why I have replaced my air conditioners 5 times (under warranty) 15000 BTU 3X and 12500 unit 2X. I'm waiting for a controller and thermostat now for the 15000 BTU unit which was replaced 3 months ago.

Man, 5X in 5 years tells me you have a power stabilization issue. I would be looking at how clean the power is going to the AC units - in fact, I suspect you have an inverter problem as a whole.
