Heater in 374th
We just got our GD 374th, been in it just over a week now. We didn’t think we’d need the heater so soon, but in typical Texas fashion we had a major cold front blow through. Our thermostat however has no heat option so we’re not sure how to turn it on. We only get fan lo, fan hi, cool lo, cool high, and cool auto. Then it cycles back to off. I’m sure it’s something dumb we’re missing, but any help is appreciated.

Should be a "mode" selection in addition to the fan selection. ??

Check the other t-stat. Only one controls heat function. I am assuming you have two as does our solitude.
