    bathroom storage compartment

Our 2018 375res has a storage cabinet in the bathroom that is very deep. I have trouble reaching the back of it. Anyone have ideas on how to modify this? I do not think that I can install pull-out shelfs because of the small size of the door.

If you are handy you could buy some drawer slides and make your own sized pull out shelfs if you can not find the right size ones.

Thanks. I've considered that but the way this cabinet is built I would lose 1/2 of the space. I may have to do that anyway.

Check Wall-Mart for some of their wire pantry accessories and baskets. While I have not installed in my new trailer yet, they sometimes can be cut/bent to fit. No roller needed, they just pull out. Had several in the old unit.

Have you considered cutting the cabinet door horizontally attach pull handles and bottom slides. This way you won’t lose any width..then you can decide what the sidewall (if any) will be. You could use clear plastic bins that are through fastened via small screws. Another is 3/8 ply box or fasten wire baskets as previously mentioned.

I'm so confused by your suggestion. Can you re-word/clarify? I especially don't get "cutting the cabinet door horizontally."

We have the same narrow and deep cabinet in our Solitude 310GK, and I would love to see a fix that makes the cabinet more accessible.

Lol. I thought that cabinet was a full length cabinet. Well my idea is still an option (less the. Horizontal cutting obviously) remove the hinges and build a small box instal a botttom slide attach your cabinet door to the front of the box (like a pull out pantry that some RV have.

Ok. Got it. The important part is finding slides that mount to the cabinet floor, not the cabinet sides (which would take up too much cabinet space). I actually bought some of those from Rockler to install a slide-out shelf in the kitchen dishwasher cabinet. We don't have a dishwasher, but now we have a convenient liquor cabinet .
