    San Clemente State Beach, Calif.

Made it through another winter so heading down to San Clemente State Beach for our first trip of the season. Pick up the trailer from storage tomorrow and turning south. Will be there till the 15th anyone else in the area? Unfortunately the snow will still be here when we get back, but its a start to the season.

Brian - that's a serious bunch of snow. Was this year higher than average for your area ? What was the measured accumulation this season (so far?)

I think we hit 547 inches for the season, still not done. That's over the average by about 70 inches and not the most we've had. We.ve been getting rain more now mixed with snow, state water survey up here says the water content is 200 percent of normal.

That's why I don't get any snow here in Pa. anymore somebody out west is hogging it all up. ( you can keep it all to).
That is a really cool picture, I can not imagine seeing that much snow , the most I have seen fell in one night a whopping 24".
