How do I move our profile picture from “my profile “ to show when we post a reply on the forum?

Check your settings to be sure you have the box checked by "show my profile picture" , if you are asking about your avatar you must check that as well.

I went into “general settings” and under “thread display options” - all three boxes are ticked. Is this the area you are referring to Brian?

Iam thinking the profile picture is too big for the thread page picture. Is this possible?

Be sure you are editing the "edit avatar" setting if you are talking about the picture that displays to the left of your message. For example my Avatar is the Momentum logo, and my profile pic is of my rig.

Also check your "edit profile picture" and "edit avatar" settings, this should be where you add the pictures.
