How are you securing the Lithium Batteries

I plan on buying 3 of the 6 batteries ill eventually need for my solar setup that we will finish next year. How are you guys securing the batteries in the front storage on a solitude? Id rather not run battery boxes for each, but I also dont want them sliding around

Use the search bar for "solar" , also check out the "mod" section. Plenty here that have shown pics of how they have done it.

I just have a 1x2 going around mine.
Due to their forward position you would have to jump a ramp or roll the trailer to make them go airborne.
Now if they were over the wheels it might be a different story.

Thanks for the helpful response. I cant quite tell from your picture, but did you run a sheet of plywood under everything to strengthen the floor before installing everything?

As I moved my batteries to the passthru and space is tighter, I just used some aluminum angle around the batteries and a battery strap on each battery to snug them down.

    Yessir. 5/8” plywood.
All 4 batteries weigh 119 lbs combined and the inverter weighs 55 lbs.
There’s also about 20 lbs worth of heavy gauge welding cable on top of the batteries.

Nice job, looks really neat and organized, but, all that weight on one side of the front storage area will not bother the up and down or holding motion of the front leveling leg ?

No interference with the legs and remember, those three batteries are approximately the same weight as one lead acid. If I do add more, I will add them to the other side.
