2930RL REFER and INVERTER Circuit Breakers in Main Panel
I have a 2019 S-Class 2930RL with Residential Refrigerator powered by 120AC from Shore or the inverter. I am a bit confused about why I have a breaker labeled INVERTER and a breaker labeled REFER.
Would it not be one circuit the one labeled INVERTER that when AC shore power is connected it passes through and and when no AC is present it automatically supplies the 120AC from the 12VDC batteries. Then the REFER is just labeled incorrectly?
I have not yet had time to start tracing things down just wondering if anybody knows.
Thanks

The inverter breaker will be used to stop the inverter from powering the fridge, the fridge breaker is for turning power off to the fridge when hooked to shore power.
As I am typing this it makes sense , but I am also thinking I just confused myself.

I guess I need a picture I am not sure how it could be wired that way. The manual for the inverter only allows for pass through to the output side or inverted output both through a 120AC romex wire I assume to the fridge outlet.
Two breakers which are on opposite sides of the main 50s in my case would send 240 volts if both on at the same time and somehow connected to the refrigerator. Am I missing another component in the system that would deal with this. Or is the refer breaker just not labeled correctly possibly if it had the std propane electric fridge?
Sure wish there were wiring diagrams for these. The real reason I need to know is that I am considering adding an new inverter/charger and want to remove the factory inverter and need to make sure I deal with it correctly.

We have a new 2018 374TH-R Solitude. The inverter is bad. 12 volts in, zero volts out. No lights. GD is sending a new inverter to me. I have been trouble shooting the inverter. There is a refrigerator breaker and an inverter breaker. In the belly of the beast, there is an outlet with the inverter plugged into it. I'm betting there is an outlet behind the frig. also. I can't see or get back there. KEN

I installed the new inverter from Grand Design. It works now.
WHY
Why is there a 1000W inverter and it only powers the refrigerator? KENBackpacker and tent camper all my life, including BSA as a kid and adult.

I suspect the circuit breaker for the inverter is for the 120vAC input side. The inverter uses that line to act like a converter (120vAC to 12vDC) to charge your battery(ies) when it senses shore power is available.
If your OEM inverter powers more than just the refrigerator then the 120vAC output line (12vDC to 120vAC) will tie into the c/b panel. Thus the refrigerator circuit has it's own protection.2017 Ford F-350 DRW 6.7L Platinum

My inverter powers several outlets besides the frig and they are all on the breaker marked Frig.
