I can not help you but wondering what you had previous and what you replaced it with?

My problem started with the AC and furnace running at the same time but I also had a error code. The Dealer sent me a new controller and thermostat. The new one is slightly different newer model. I dont have the picture of how it was before I took out the old one. I put the new one in wired as shown but the AC unit does not come on. The Thermostat has power and functions but the AC does not turn on. (I tried the furnace and it does not work either.

    Best Regards Rusty

Can you possibly look at where it’s connected to the controller to tell?

In the 2014 models, they started with an Atwood thermostat. Then, Dometic purchased the Atwood brand and rebranded the thermostat. If anyone with a 2014 has a similar thermostat, it should only take a moment to pull it off the wall and confirm the colors and connections.

That is interesting , the thermostat is 12 v. powered. I wonder if something in the a/c was reset?
