    Santa Cruz KOA is nice.
    SOLD my 2017 Momentum 376TH being pulled by a 2014 Ford F-350 Lariat, FX-4, Crew Cab, Longbed, Dually. Not pulling the 5er, catch me on my 2013 CVO Harley Ultra Classic.

    Map = states that we've stayed at least one night in our RV.

    If your in the Pismo Beach area try Pismo Coast Village RV Resort, its adjacent to town and the beach. If your inland and on the 101 Paso Robles has some nice resorts and wineries. Try Wine Country RV Resort or Vines RV Resort.

    We love Cava Robles and have been twice in the last six months. Beautiful facility with nice amenities, and the rates seem to be less than the other parks. There are around 200 wineries in the area as well.

    We have stay at LE SAGE RIVIERA RV PARK in Grover beach typical for a month. On coast side of HWY 1 and short walk to a long sandy beach and by the butterfly park. Just down the street from Pismo Coastal Village which we have also stayed at.

    Costal Village is a membership park open to the public on as available basis. Cann't stay for more than 28 days. Hard to get a block that long anyway. Most weekends are consumed by members.

    Le Sage is small and tight but you can stay for 6 months. Neither are inexpensive! Le Sage increased prices 35% a few years back.

    There are a few other RV parks across the street from Costal Village and another on HWY 1 in Oceano. Between Le Sage and Costal Village there is a state park that is nice but all dry camping. There is an Elk's club in Oceano that has RV sites with power and water but community dump if you are a member.

    We go off season as as this area is popular with valley types from Fresno, Bakersfield and surround areas.
    Current;
    2017 Reflection 337LRS 5th with 2016 Silverado LTX 3500HD Duramax
    2019 Reflection 367BHS 5th permanent in RV park

    Past;
    30' TH TT Weekend Warrior, 36' TH 5th Weekend Warrior (both with Ford F250 diesel)
    26' TT Shadow Cruiser, 30' TT Cougar (both with Ram 1500 5.7L Hemi)

    Morro Dunes ( http://morrodunes.com/morro_dunes/index.html ) is one of my favorites.
    Park is across an access street from the beach.
    You can walk to Morro Rock or the Embarcadero (wharf area).
    You will probably need reservations. As with most central coast areas
    Spring and Fall have the best weather.

    Central California coast is difficult to get spaces during the summer, especially on the weekends. The heat in the Central Valley drives everyone to the coast. Going to Morro Dunes in May, weekend between Mothers Day and Memorial Day. If you get a chance, try the Sierra Nevada's and Sequoia National Park. There is a really nice rv park in Three Rivers called Sequoia RV Ranch. I did my shakedown there and didn't even know it was there and I have lived 30 miles from it my whole life.

    If you get a chance, visit Cambria and San Simeon right by Hearst Castle. Both are on HWY 1. Safe Travels.
