Hot water for about 1 minute, then barely warm
First trip in our Solitude MBS377, not our first trailer. The hot water heater (12 Gallon) fires up (propane) and does get hot. When we turn on the hot water faucet, we'll get HOT water for about a minute, then it becomes luke warm at best. It makes showers fun! It's not just at the shower, but at any faucet.
Has anyone experienced this? Any tips?

RV hot water heaters have a back check valve at the outlet of the heater. There has been a few reported instances of the valve recently failing. Typically, the failure mode is debris getting in the valve. I'd suggest that you turn off the water heater and drain it. Then remove the valve and check it for obstructions.

Oops. Forgot about that issue Howard. Of course that's the first thing to check.
