    Solitude With Residential Frig.

Why is there a 1000 watt inverter and all it powers is the frig?

When I turn off the refrigerator breaker, It also turns off the outlet for the recliners in our 374TH-R. That seems to be the only way to turn off the refrigerator.

    Not just a Solitude question.

My husband found that he has to unplug the fridge to force it to propane. No way to just turn it off to do that. Not a residential fridge, and has no manual switch to choose which power option you want.

If you have the same Samsung as in our 310GK-R you can turn it off with the touch switches at the top. Sorry but I’ve only done it a couple of times and still have to look at the manual , but it is in there. Best I recall the light may still stay on.

    Yes
If you push and hold both buttons. I forget too which two buttons. But the lights are still on.

Pressing the 2 buttons together puts the frig in the showroom mode which basically turns off the cooling and freezing and leaves the lights on.

My inverter powers all the outlets in the living room and the outlets near the dinette table which involves powering the TV and theater seating.
The breaker is marked Frig so in order to turn off the power to Frig I'm also killing the back half of my RV.
