The best way to look at this is take your trailer GVWR and calculate 10% to 15% of this weight for what will be on the hitch. If you load lightly you should be at 10% since you need this at a minimum to help reduce sway. If you load more heavily, use the 15% figure. This will equate to 589.5 to 884.25 lbs at 10% and 15% respectively.

Here is the conclusion! I talked to GDRV and they explained everything for me over the phone.
Very impressed with their customer support!
Imagine 21BHE
UVW 4497lbs
GVWR 5895lbs (Technically, it's 6456lbs = 2x 3000lbs axles + hitch 456lbs. they de-rated it in order to make it feel easier to tow and also it helps safety)
Fresh tank 43gal + Grey tank 39gal + Black tank 37gal (992lbs)
2x Batteries 126lbs
2x Gas tanks 70lbs
Propride WD hitch 200lbs
GVWR 6456 - UVW 4497 = 1959lbs (carrying capacity)
1959lbs - fresh/grey/black tanks 992lbs - 264lbs (2/3 of batteries/gas tanks/wd hitch 396lbs, 1/3 goes to TV) = 703lbs
Assuming normally grey tank and black tank would be empty, it would give back 630lbs.
That said, 1333lbs would be the actual carrying capacity!! That's plenty of room to play with.
