New 2800BH owners in Utah
Love the trailer so far. Did a tour of Utah earlier this spring and it worked great in the snow, in the desert, in the rain. The heating system is straight garbage, took it in for warranty work twice and they have made it worse each time. But other than that we love the trailer, the layout, and functionality. Here's to years of memories to be made.

Great to hear you are enjoying the 2800BH.
Yes the heating distribution in these are really lacking to say the least. I have found in mine that some of the connections at the furnace as well as at the registers are not fastened at all , removing the registers or any heat outlet you can see if the connection is good or needs to be taped up better. Some of the vents that are in the lower part of a cabinet , the duct is just attached to the floor and air blows up into the cavity behind the vent and is expected to get out of the vent somehow, not good.
Take a little time and do a little looking , these are easy fixes , some dealers do not take any extra time to look for these things.

Welcome to the forum. As the post says, a few ducts were loose in our Imagine but our dealer took care of it. Anyway, continue to enjoy your Imagine and go forth, discover and make memories.
