Thanks for everyones feedback! I figured out the sway issue. I had two problems: 1. Loading too much weight in the back. 2. Road - I had only been traveling on the roads in Central Oregon... which are rough due to the harsh winters. I loaded my 5th wheel different for a weekend trip to the coast this last weekend. Once I got on a different set of roads, it pulled just fine. No sway at all!!! I learned a lot through this process and everyones feedback... so thank you!

Been reading through the thread, yes sometimes around here they grind down the road surface and put small groves in the road surface just before repaving or to improve traction on roads that seem to hold water in pools instead of it draining off. This can grab your tires and make it seem like sway.
