    We went with two other couples. I would recommend traveling with at least one other couple. It allows you to have assistance when you need it most.

    I retire the end of April. June 1 wife and I leave for Alaska, to return sometime in the fall with our 313. Prep is crucial I agree...been there three times (by air) and know how remote it can be. Changing my tires to 16" LT and taking two spares, along with generator et al. Going to take our sweet time!
