    Asking Price Advice

    Hello all,

Looking for a little advice. I have a good condition 2014 Reflection 293RES that I am looking to sell. Retail per jd power is $16,900. I put it up at $17k and have been swamped with interest and a few asking why I am selling so cheap. Am I way off the mark here? We paid $19k for it 3 years ago so thought $17k was a decent price.

    Any advice is greatly appreciared.

JD Power is what the lenders use for values, so you are right on.

I guess people aren't really thinking that a 2014 is now 10 years old.

If I had a 2014 on my lot, it would have a retail price of $19,995 and sell for anywhere from $16k on up....

Well, we are smack dab in the middle of winter, so that's likely a factor.....unless the OP is in the South West US or maybe in the lower part of Florida.

Just saying if it hasn’t sold at the price they have the price is correct

If it was a super deal someone would buy it with 4 feet of snow

No one has bought it, but the interest surprised me. I have a list of people lined up to see it and have literally been putting people on a waiting list as I don’t have the time to show it to everyone who has asked to see it. I was curious if I was way off the mark on pricing and should pull the ad and re-list at a higher price in a few weeks.

I am located in the Sacramento area, so no snow on the ground.

Looks like you will get more than $17k for it. Good luck.

I've sold a few trailers and I would say with that much interest you will probably sell it at that price. And that's good if you want a quick sale. However, this has traditionally been a slow time of year to try to sell a trailer, so I'd probably consider relisting it for a higher price and come down if necessary.

Well, the entire lending system is then a scam, as that is the basis/market value for all the prime lenders.
