    I’m not to concerned about the 5er having a bit of movement, as we’ve always had that in all the motorhomes we’ve owned. I’m glad to know it isn’t really necessary. Thank you for all of the replies!

    I also use wood blocks for the landing legs. Staggered 2x4's glued & screwed about 8 inches tall. They do help with the bounce and wiggle. But it is still resting on four tires.
    Just because they make it, doesn't mean you need it. I think that tripod supports are kinda like slide-out supports or muffler bearings.
