They were also repairing the modifications that some other RV dealer made. The amount of gussets, cross bracing, wood framing they added was incredible. This owner said that all the work Affinity did and replacing the exterior side walls and painting would have cost in the neighborhood of $8500.

I wish you luck and good vibes they can take care of you and your rig.
I think you mean a Van Leigh Beacon. Saw the same couple I think. They had frame issues before the issue got big.

Be nice, and folks tend to be nice back. It's costing me to stay here but in the long run less wear and tear on my body traveling back and forth twice. I'm now looking at it as a trip - just slightly interrupted for maintenance

Back in the day they used to put up full timers (don't know iif they still do) at the Essenhoouse If you stay....Take in the flea mkt ,I believe it is every Tues and Wed, it opens next week.
IF you like noodles go to E & S sales and grab a bag or 2 of their in house made bulk noodles. Then there is an RV surplus store - Bontragers, in White Pigeon MI that is a fun time waster and the RV museum is another fun time waster too

Well, yesterday I received an email saying GD hoped to have repairs done mid to end of next week. Today I received an email saying repairs completed and looking to schedule a walk through next week. Earlier than I expected. Have no idea what was done but haven't had to sign anything either.
