    This is our controller but we have 6 way, your 4 way should be the same swap around. At least it's a way to verify what your thinking before replacing the controller.

    Thanks. Did that; the jack works fine when it gets power. The only disconnect we could isolate was the power out of the controller to that particular jack. I jokingly, as we started checking things, made the comment “It’s probably something that another $600 will fix quickly.” Appears hat statement was prophetic…

    I'd be removing the controller pcb and checking for a cold solder joint before spending $700 on that.
