Best wishes for a full recovery to Molly. Our Standard Poodle is starting to show his age and a ramp would help. Please share the details of the ramp you purchased.

Kay and Dave, we love our Black Lab Storm a lot too, just like you love Molly. It is painful to our hearts to see them injured! We have been researching ramps on Amazon and PetSmart, but are delaying because Storm is doing better with a canine equivalent of glucosamine and condroitin. He is somewhat arthritic in the hips, but still loves chasing his ball on land and his bumper in the water.

We got the Solvit doggie ramp recommended by WhittleBurner. So far we have only used it in the Tahoe, but it collapses nicely and isn't too heavy. http://www.amazon.com/Solvit-62320-D...desktop&sr=8-3

For the back deck, Dave built a ramp from three 8' lengths of deck flooring (6"x1 1/4") with supports and truck ramp brackets from Northern.

Molly has been taking Dausquin, the canine Glucosamine/Condroitin for some time. I guess we'll know after she recovers if it was her hips or it was a partial tear all along. She really misses her retrieving -- today in the yard to do her business she picked up her OT (Orange Thing -- retriever training dummy -- what she chases in the yard and the water, imagine it is what Storm chases in the water too).

So sorry to hear about Molly and her ACL, hope the rehab time flies by for you guys. Looking forward to seeing you, Dave, and Molly at the Rally.
