Yes Jim...plans change resulting in cancellations. I'm sure that Jeret will have some cancellation policy in place.

Sooooo I understand the registration now part, but you want the $$$ 10 months early?

Jim, you do not have to register at this time if you do not wish. I set it up this way so for those that wish to get a jump on it and registered early can while those that wish to wait until later can also, you can see how many sites are left as time goes on and I do not have to change the process to accommodate. Paying for the actual site also can be done when you wish to as long as it is in by Sept 1st. Also, at any time you can cancel your registration if life situations change and your money will be returned and your slot will be put back in to the pool for someone else if need be. Look at the Oregon rally I am organizing also, we posted the registration and it was sold out in about a month; and the rally is not even until May.

Sorry if this setup is not ideal for what you wish to happen; this is not my full-time job, I am volunteering a lot of time to make this happen, so I am making things as easy as possible on my end so I can put on the best rally possible.
