Very nice, the campground looks amazing, and love the camper. It is similar to ours. How did you survive with no hookups for two weeks? I must be spoiled, I need full hookups. Enjoy!

Nice looking camp. You've got the the mosquito tent, rugs and chairs. Did you plug into a current bush (small generator) of do you have solar? KEN

We have a generator, Yamaha 2400. It works well, keeps us topped up and can use the electrical appliances when it's on. It used to be enough to have the AC on in our last 5th wheel but haven't tried it in this one yet. In the parks you are limited when you can use a generator. I must admit I've been thinking about getting solar.

We had a small Yamaha 2400 generator we used to keep the batteries topped up.

We don't boondock very often. I did buy a 120W Go Power Portable panel. I also won a 80W Zamp portable panel. We also have a Honda 2000. It will run 1 ac if everything else is turned off including the converter.
    Have fun out there. KEN

Looks like a great campground. Tell us how the two weeks with no hookups goes. That sounds like a blast and a challenge.

It is a great campground. The BC Provincial Park Campgrounds are really quite good. Not everyone of course but most are. They have lots of space between you and your neighbour also they generally have showers, flush toilets etc. You can book them in advance, best to do this, and even check out the pictures of each site before booking. We also like the Oregon State Parks although the pads are a little closer there.

As for the 2 weeks with no hookups. It went well. We just managed to get to the end without having to add drinking water or dump. We had a tap at the end of our pad so I would wander there if I needed some water for the kettle for example. We used the parks showers etc. which saved water. We topped up the batteries when needed with our generator. The parks allow you to use a generator for 2 hours each morning and another 2 hours in the evening. We took advantage of that whenever we needed appliances. My wife would like power at least in the parks. It was a blast really and to be honest not too hard. I didn't miss the TV at all!!
